Our client, a leading automotive design firm, needed a high-fidelity prototype of a new dashboard component for design validation and stakeholder presentations. The part required excellent surface finish and fine details to accurately represent the final production piece.

Manufacturing Process

We used SLA 3D printing with Tough Resin to create a durable prototype with exceptional surface quality. The part was printed at 50-micron layer height to capture all the intricate details of the dashboard interface.
