Project Overview

Our client, a leading automotive design firm, needed a high-fidelity prototype of a new dashboard component for design validation and stakeholder presentations. The part required excellent structural integrity and dimensional accuracy to accurately represent the final production piece.

Manufacturing Process

We used FDM 3D printing with ABS-GF filament to create a durable prototype with excellent mechanical properties. The part was printed at 0.2mm layer height to capture the intricate details of the dashboard interface while maintaining strength.
